Memorandum of Understanding between the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision and the UK Gambling Commission

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) establishes a framework for cooperation and collaboration between the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC) and the Gambling Commission. It aims to enable closer working relationships to assist in fulfilling their regulatory functions and duties.

The MoU is a statement of intent without legally binding obligations, subject to legal permissions and requirements. The parties will communicate regularly, consult on significant issues, and comply with relevant laws, including data protection and governance requirements. They will review the need for a separate data sharing agreement regularly.
