Memorandum of Understanding between the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision and the Netherlands Gaming Authority

This Memorandum of Understanding aims to establish a cooperative framework for the Signatories to minimise complications in licensing, compliance, and enforcement, particularly in online gambling, and to track and trace unlawful gambling. The cooperation focuses on protecting consumers, preserving public order by preventing fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, and other crimes, and achieving a common understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and requirements related to online gambling.

The scope of this MoU includes the exchange of information and activities related to consumer protection, supervision and control of gambling providers, licensing, compliance and enforcement, and regulatory requirements including data protection.
