Memorandum of Understanding between the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision and the Malta Lotteries & Gaming Authority

The Parties share common values in regulating remote gaming to ensure consumer and societal protection through fair, responsible, safe, and secure gaming services. They aim to protect minors and vulnerable individuals and prevent criminal activities like fraud and money laundering.

This MoU seeks to develop common responsible gaming measures, enhance consumer protection, and share regulatory best practices. It provides a formal framework for cooperation, including information exchange and investigative assistance, to improve their regulatory functions.
