Memorandum of Understanding between the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision and the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) establishes a formal basis for cooperation, including information exchange and investigative assistance. It does not alter existing laws or create legally binding obligations.

The MoU sets out a statement of intent including the method of information disclosure. The Authorities acknowledge that information can only be provided if allowed under applicable laws and regulations.
