Memorandum of Understanding between the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision and the Badminton World Federation

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) outlines the cooperation between the GSC and the Badminton World Federation to protect the integrity of international sports and sports betting.

The GSC may share betting-related information with the Badminton World Federation (BWF) to aid in investigating conduct related to BWF-sanctioned events. The MoU, while not legally binding, specifies when BWF can request such information. This includes details on betting activity of individuals or persons suspected of rule breaches or threats to event integrity, helping BWF identify and investigate potential violations.
