6 November 2024: Lunch and Learn - Enforcement

On the 6th of November 2024, Nigel Boyde, Senior Inspector of Enforcement at the Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC), presented to the Isle of Man Law Society on the topic of the GSC’s Enforcement Strategy.

The presentation covered an overview of the GSC's Enforcement strategy, including the Enforcement process, settlement and civil penalties, and publication policy. Attendees were encouraged to ask questions about the presentation topics and engage with Mr. Boyde on the presentation material.
